If u ovulate late ?

Can someone tell me if you ovulate late is it true you can't get pregnant ? I have a cycle of 28 or 27 days at times. And I just ovulated on cd21  since I got my period June 1.

Your Luteal Phase has to be minimum 10 days length! If shorter the egg can't implant properly. So wait if AF maybe is also delayed.... Did you take any prenatals? Homeopatic? Other medications? Or did you been sick? That all can cause delay of O and therefore also AF!
