Feeling baby already?

Before anyone freaks out about how it's too early... I know it's technically too early. I'm 11 weeks and this is my second baby. This morning I felt what I can only describe as the baby moving. Could it be gas bubbles? Sure! But if it is, it's the weirdest gas bubbles I've ever had. The movements are all down very low, and I feel like I'm crazy for thinking it could be happening this early.

Is anyone else on the second (or later) pregnancy and think they might be feeling baby squirming around?
