Teething or something else?

My one year old was taking 2 naps and sleeping through the night perfectly but the past week she has been wanting to nurse through her nap, crying when I unlatch her or put her down, waking up throughout naps and the night crying hysterically. We don’t know what’s going with her. We thought we were done sleep training, there’s been no illness or change in routine so maybe she’s teething and in pain?

Does it make sense that this could be about teething if she’ll sleep in our arms but not her crib?

If she’s in pain I want to give her some tynenol but if it’s not teething obviously I don’t want to unnecessarily drug my baby. She doesn’t have any teeth yet.
