Doc while give u cream u put it on once sleep over night wash it off clean ur bedding and they are gone and itching stops but take benadryl before bed it will tingle and itching intensifies with cream on but that means its killing them one treatment is all that is needed everyone in the house should do it as well best of luck

Get premetherin from the Dr! Tea tree oil can help relieve the itching as well! Try showering in it! The Dr will give you instructions on how to clean your house.

Depending on your area some pharmacies have over the counter medicine. So you could ask your local Walgreens or CVS pharmacist. But truly you should see a doctor before they spread. The actual bumps are holes they burrowed up to dump waste from and then continue on. Doctors can give better treatment.
