Currently 40 plus 5 today. Had a sweep at 1515. This is my first sweep - UK.

Well let’s just say I am having the worst post sweep cramps EVER or pre labour has started.

It is 1850 now - My contractions are every 5:30 mins for a duration of 40 seconds - were 8 minute intervals at the same length at 1700.

Going to hang around at home for a while longer, to ensure it is established before heading off out to the hospital.

Any advice would be more than welcome on handling the pain right now 😬
