Drug store eyeliner
What is a really good drug store eyeliner? I use one now (forgot the name) that when I apply it, it isn't as black and doesn't cover or stay on as well as I'd like it to! So I just wanted to try one that has really good pigment and last long! I don't really like pencil eyeliner though
