Best breast pump?

I have united healthcare and am getting a breast pump through aero flow. But have no idea which one to pick. Help!

I used a Medela with my first two kids and I liked it, but my friends are all raving about how much better the spectra is so I ordered that one this time.   They swear they got more milk with the Spectra so I figured it was worth a shot.

I've used Medela in the past, twice. Didn't do much for me. I'm going with Spectra this time.

I was torn between Medela and spectra.  I was going to go with Medela until I found out none of their pumps have a closed system.  Spectra won my vote!

Used an medela with my first two until I got an abcess above my nipple. I then had to learn manual expression so that I did not have to waste all the milk from one side for a week while the incision healed (my stash was already low at the time, and not ready to wean). I would recommend it highly as a skill every mom should know, even if you don't use it on a regular basis. In a pinch, all I needed was a clean bottle (buy a bottle of water and pour it out) and I could relieve under my shirt, anytime, anywhere.
