So I just got into this new relationship and my boyfriend is a sweetheart. He literally has a heart of gold and is very caring and loving to everyone. He doesn’t let things get to him and is the peacemaker when he needs to be. I, on the other hand, am very hot tempered. I don’t bite my tongue so when I feel disrespected I say what I have to say even if it comes off harsh or whatever 🤷🏽‍♀️. He hates when I do this but I’ve been taken advantage of and walked all over before (in general, not just relationships) so respect is very important to me.

Am I wrong? Do you think he’s over reacting? If you think I should change my ways, do you have any suggestions?
