My husband and I send out a Christmas card every year with a fun picture of us and our dog. This year I was so excited to send one including the news of our baby on the way in May. After my miscarriage at 10 weeks, I can't fathom sending a Christmas card anymore... also every card I receive I just get sad and depressed being reminded of our loss.

This is just start of the holidays and it's already been so hard. Anyone have any advice on how to make it easier? How to find joy in the pain?
