Is it normal to feel heaviness in the pelvic area at 31 weeks? All day today had the worst sharp pains and it hurt to walk because he just felt heavy. I know he is head down now so that's part of it. He was transverse until 28 weeks. I'm just starting to freak out that he is going to come early or something. This is my first pregnancy to make it this far. Just not sure what I should and should not be feeling. I haven't had any contractions or braxton hicks. Just a lot of pressure, stabbing pains and heaviness feeling in my pelvic arwa. area.
