Christmas Gifts?

What do other SAHM's do for gifts? I have maybe 7$ in my account and it's a-ton-of-money too short for my husband's gift. It's not that he's expecting it, he's just been wanting this one thing and I'm trying to surprise him, but with having no income it's been difficult getting presents for others. Any suggestions? I know gifts aren't the reason for Christmas but he's just been working so hard and been so amazing I want to treat him to something he's wanted.
