Weight gain ladies?

Hello touchy question but what's the normal weight gain throughout the whole pregnancy

And how much weight did you ladies gain in the first 12 weeks. I'm worried I'm not gaining enough on the scales but Iook more fuller in my hips and lower tummy. Thank you 😃

Generally normal bmi 25-35lbs. By the end of pregnancy about 20lbs is baby, blood, placenta, water etc then the rest is extra fat, fat needed for breastfeeding and such that is normal and natural to gain. With that said everyone and every pregnancy is different. With my first I gained 70! (I was underweight and went crazy gaining, lost 50 and was left at a normal weight) my next I gained 50 and lost 50. This one I'm 20w and haven't gained anything yet. My opinion is to eat as healthy as you can, that's what will grow a well nourished baby as enjoy your pregnancy. Don't use it as a binge fest opportunity but don't restrict yourself in worry either. And keep moving! It will help labor/delivery IMMENSELY

Last pregnancy I actually lost 5lbs by the 15th week. I gained 28lbs total by the end! I started out at 165lbs and ended at 193. This time I've gained 2 lbs and I'm 10weeks. I started this tim around at 155!

It depends on your pregnancy weight. I was a healthy normal weight so my doctor said our goal was 25lbs. It is not suppose to be much in the first, but I don't remember how much the doctor said, but I feel like I have gained more than I actually have.

I lost weight in my first trimester because I was sick. I lost about 7lb. Gained that back with another 7lb so in total I'm 14lb heavier than before I got pregnant, I'm 35 weeks pregnant now and my baby is measuring right on track.

I'm only 11 weeks 4 days currently but I've read women don't gain much (if at all) during this trimester. Some even lose weight due to nausea. Most of the gain happens in the 2nd and the 3rd, so you're right on track. I've only gained 1 pound myself.
