My LO developed acne about 2 wks old (she is about 4 wks now) and it's not clearing up. I had not been washing her face all the time because hospital said not to give bath every day and I took that to mean don't wash face every day either. Now I feel like a terrible mother because what if I caused the acne because I thought i was following the hospital instructions? Any ideas on how to get it to clear up? I'm washing her face daily with warm water, trying to avoid using much soap as I read that can make it worse. Thanks for any advice!
