I know this depends on how the people are - stages of life and maturity. Just overall. If you were to hear someone had this gap would you think it’s a lot ?

I mean, use Parks and Rec as a guide. As good ol Andy aka Chris Pratt aka Starlord says: half your age plus seven.
So the 35 year old halves their age (17.5) and adds seven, thus 24.5 is the youngest they should date.
The equation worked for Andy and April so it HAS to work with everyone ever in the entire galaxy.
