Please dear GOD let this be my month

So AF isnt due for another 7 days, but I have had extremely sore nipples (They never get sore) and weird non Af type cramping for the last 3 days on and off. Im about 10 dpo. Last night when I peed there was the slightest touch of something brown on my tp, so light I didnt know what it was. Took a Frer this morning and a bfn. Could it just be too early? please send baby dust my way.
