FitBit Flex or Jawbone Up or Nike FuelBand?

Anyone have a fitness tracker? Love it or waste of money? Which one do you have? Pros/cons. Thanks!

I'm a Jawbone UP user. As an Apple device user, I was looking for a fitness tracker that integrated with Apple Health. For me Jawbone was that tracker. Prior to purchasing my fitness tracker, I'd also used Jawbone's app that allows one to use their iPhone to track steps etc verses needing a Jawbone fitness tracker. I appreciated the fact that they cared enough to make that an alternative. It worked very well with my device. However, I later wanted the actual tracker so I wouldn't need to have my device on my person so much :)

For myself, Jawbone took the cake for a number of reasons. One of the greatest was that I'd contacted many companies prior to officially deciding to buy a fitness / activity tracker. They all offered much, but what the others didn't have was "Smart Coach". "Smart Coach" is *exclusively* Jawbone.

When trying to be more active and getting masses to be more active as one whom masses reach out to for advice, it made sense to go with Smart Coaching so that not only would the device track workouts, steps, meals, sleep, etc, but also coach myself as well as those that I'm honored to be able to impact the lives of for the better on a regular basis. Every little bit helps, thus getting coaching to do things (for example: drink more water; eat x amount of fiber today as your fiber intake has been low; go to bed at x time as according to your activity you're not getting adequate sleep this week; get up and do x workout as you haven't been your active self lately; eat more of x food item rich in x nutrient to increase your food score etc), is very helpful.

I have the Up. I love it. It will take time to get used to wearing an electric bracelet... I've dunked mine into hot soapy dishwater and the ocean on accident... It still works though! Haha!

I have the nike fuel band and love it! Syncs to my phone and keeps me motivated. I think they are useful but if someone that never works our if looking for a push, no band will be the answer or quick fix. It sure can't hurt though!

I have the fitbit flex and I love it! I haven't found any cons but love that I can  swim with it on and only need to charge it every 5 days!

I use fitbit flex and love it. It shows your steps through the day and calories adjust depending on how active you are, it also shows my sleep patterns. I think it's awesome :)

I personally have and love my Jawbone Up24. It makes me give more thought to my health, nutrition and fitness. I'm much more active now. Also, Jawbone can update with data from the glow app as well as from my withings scale!
