My cousin is 25 weeks pregnant in California and is trying to get an abortion, I keep telling her it’s illegal because the baby is viable.... She’s telling me I’m a idiot and she’s only doing it because the dad doesn’t want the baby :( can somebody tell me if this is legal or not??? I’m pretty sure if the baby is viable which is after 22-24 weeks if I’m not mistaken they won’t give you an abortion which I’m hoping they don’t **She found out she was pregnant at 13 weeks and knew he didn’t want it, so YES she is an idiot. It literally breaks my heart I keep begging her to look into adoption but she is SET on an abortion. That’s why I’m coming to ask if it’s legal because that’s the only hope I have left**
