Hey ladies! Yesterday I had a ultrasound and they found free fluid and a large cyst. They didn’t find a gestational sac as of yet. I do have a retroverted uterus and typically it really painful finding the baby (past) but they didn’t really look around. My hcg levels last Monday were 92 I was in my 3rd week of pregnancy. 48 hrs later they were 216. This week completing my 4th week I was at 1660. So my numbers are more than doubling... tomorrow I will be 5 weeks and I have another ultrasound. Has anyone had no luck that early but then seen a sac? They mentioned possible ectopic but I’ve had no pain or bleeding and no history?
