New IUD and Orgasms

Okay, so I just got the IUD (Mirena ) put in yesterday. I’m still having cramps, but they told me that would be normal. I’m a bit concerned though, but maybe I’m just being ridiculous. My healthcare provider told me to abstain from sex for a week at least so as to not disturb the IUD because it causes the uterus to contract, which in turn can cause your body to reject it and cause a whole mess-load of problems. Well here’s the thing, I have an issue. I don’t know if I’m the only one, but I get the sensation of an orgasm when I have to pee. Not always, but it’s more when I’m holding it in. Anyways, would that disturb the IUD in any way?
