Headaches in second trimester?

I keep reading they’re common in first trimester (which I had in the early weeks) but now they’ve come back in the second trimester. Anyone else? They’ve pretty much been daily :(

Hey Alie! I’ve been getting them. My doc said a lot of times it can be a sign of dehydration and needing to drink more water. It can also be a sign of low blood sugar and needing to eat more. I started drinking more water and eating more meals (smaller portions) more frequently. I notice If I deviate and don’t eat something for breakfast and don’t have a small morning snack in the morning the headache starts. Once it starts it stops and the throbbing is relentless. Sorry to hear your experiencing these!!

I've been getting them pretty much every day for the last week or so. None of my symptoms have left yet. It's so lovely 😔

yes! but I'm prone to migraines, Dr knows this and has offered meds to help with them. but I've found that more water and maybe a touch more caffeine helps sometimes. I usually have 1 cup of half caf every day and then water the rest of the day.

With my daughter I had headaches in the second tri. My OB told me to take one Tylenol and drink 1/2 can of soda for caffeine. I also put an ice pack on the back of my neck. It helped, they only lasted a weeks or so!

I go to sleep with it and wake up with it. During day no problems really. This afternoon tho was brutal.

dealing with them here too. ivd started drinking a little bit of caffeine when they start since its the onlyy thing that helps
