Pumping before birth??

Okay so im 25 weeks pregnant and im leaking milk like crazy. I feel like i should pump and dump just to get rid of it but i know that special milk comes in for the baby at birth and i dont want to mess with that. Any suggestions?? I cant take it any more

No pumping can cause contractions in your uterus. I would get the washable breast bra pads

You start pumping you most likely to go in labor and at 25 weeks that doesn't really sound appealing.

Do not pump. It can cause labor. Also, have you talked to your doctor about it? I’ve never heard of anyone actually leaking before their milk comes in. It would be normal if you squeeze your boob for some to come out, but not to be leaking it.

Buy breast pads, they will soak it up and keep you dry.  Like the other ladies said, pumping can put you into labor so do not pump before giving birth.  Get used to leaking,

you have a long road of leaking ahead of you even after baby is born.
