This app after pregnancy.
Okay so before I got pregnant I used the eve and glow ovulation app. I’ll be giving birth in February and I was just wondering what app I use afterwords! Do I go back to eve and just track how long I bleed after birth? Or wait until my first period to start tracking again? I plan on getting the depo shot so I don’t even know if I’ll have a period but I just want to be prepared.
