Hello everyone, I am 2 weeks PP and I had an episiotomy. I do believe my stitches have completely dissolved but I have this really tight, pulling feeling down there and wanted to know how normal this is. I had a VBAC this time so my healing process is so much different than my first. I have this feeling especially when I have to pee. I am not sure if its symptoms of a UTI since I do drink alot of water. There isn't any burning when I pee just that tight/pulling feeling I was mentioning. Can anyone give me their input? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
