Basal temps
A quick question for those that track their btp. Do you still record it on days where you have had an extremely restless night? Or on days when you wake up sick ( sore throat, aches, etc)?
This morning my basal temp spiked almost 2 degrees but it is due to a restless night and sickness. However worried to record it and have it look like I ovulated a second time.
