How long after a miscarriage did you get pregnant?

I got pregnant January 2016 and then lost it a week after finding out, but then was in an abusive relationship so didn’t get pregnant again until March 2017 with someone else, I had slight spotting so I had an early scan at 7 weeks, everything were fine,then 4 days before my 12 week scan I started bleeding so went for a scan and I had lost it but my body didn’t recognise it so had to have 4 tablets, anyway it’s now almost 7 months later and I’ve still not gotten pregnant to the most amazing man ever ? I have just got over bacterial vaginosis, where I was spotting and having the discharge etc , is it normal to not conceive for this long?
