Help!!

So I had a drs appt last Tuesday and my dr confirmed I had a chemical pregnancy,my HCG LEVELS NEVER GOT ABOVE A 19 and I have already stopped bleeding 3 days ago!

It was pretty much like a regular period lasting about 5 days even tho it was shorter than my normal cycle which lasts about 7 or so days!

I had an extra pregnancy test so I decided to take it today and this is what I got

I also took a digital pregnancy test which said no..

Why would I have a positive test almost a week and half later??!!

Any advice you all can give me??!!
