First trimester and feeling huge
Hi ladies!
I’m in need of some support/advice. I’m 8 weeks in a have a bump going ( a food bump that is) I don’t know if I’m stress eating or what but I’m having such a hard time sticking to a healthy diet.
Usually, I have a fairly fit life but lately I’ve had absolutely NO motivation to do anything... let alone work out.
I own my own business and even thinking about doing my day to day stuff is just the last thing i want to do.
Tips / tricks / encouragement would be so appreciated
