hi there. I'm about 7 weeks preggo with my rainbow baby. I work as an ER Tech in a busy ER. 13 hour shifts, moving stretchers with sometimes over 300 pound patients to their rooms, constantly lifting people out of wheelchairs, CPR, and on my feet 90% of the shift with a 30 minute break. I need advice...my boss says I need to ask my other co workers to bring pts to the floor if I don't want to...but I feel bad asking them to do more work. I'm constantly forced into rooms with pts with extremely contagious things like cdiff or rule out TB. I just am curious if I'm being dramatic or need to go to HR. I'm also spotting for over a week. OB looked at baby and it's still in there growing. if you were me what would you do?
