To text or not to text? That is the question.

Yikes! I blew up on my SO yesterday because he was inconsiderate of my feelings and irresponsible with money (plus I have pregnancy hormones that have me all over the place). I made it a point to tell him that he needs to grow the fuck up because he's no longer the god damn baby in our house. He's the only child of a single Mom and the cord still stretches from our house to hers... Usually that's the biggest problem in our relationship.

Well after all that high and mighty bullshit I pulled yesterday, I came home today with a scratch on my car! Yup. I sideswiped a metal barrier when parallel parking (I veered into it too sharply). So here I am, trying to figure out how I'm going to tell him without eating my words. I don't need another fight this week but I don't know how to prevent/avoid it.

Would it be awful if I texted him tomorrow while he's at work to give him time to cool off before coming home to see it? Immature, I know...
