Low breastmilk supply!
Recently my supply has slowed down a lot. To the point were I need to switch a few times during a feeding because it’s coming to slow, and my LO, gets frustrated. She’s 3 1/2 months old. Any tips on helping it come back in? I have nothing saved, as I have a hard time pumping so I don’t like to do it that much.
But I want to get it better again.
