Contractions after a fight (argument)

Short story that took place not even an hour ago. Fiancé came home pissed, screaming and slamming stuff, my mom ran over to our apartment (she lives next door)

They got into a verbal fight while I’m standing there which resulted in my fiancé telling my mother that “she can support the baby” (I’m currently 35+2)

And he left. Won’t answer texts, turned off his location. And I’ve been crying since but I’ve had 3 mild dull contractions already, are they just Braxton Hicks or should I be worried.
