weight loss and body toning help!

To make this short...Over the last 3 years I've lost 113 lbs. I used to be 320lbs, now I'm 207. I want to get down to about 150 to 160 but I need help...I can't seem to lose weight anymore!

A bit more background. I originally lost the weight due to over exercising and combining anorexia and purging methods and managed to get down to 188. But I started getting very, very sick. I couldn't take it anymore and decided I was done. I was going to recover and start losing the weight the right way. So, I spent a month getting better...which turned into 7 months lol. And now that I have physically recovered, I've gained some of the weight back. Of course, but now I'm ready to go at it again, the right way and I need some help!

I want to hit it really really hard this time. I was so close to being thin before but I want to be fit and healthy, not sickly and skinny. I need as much advice as possible. I'm so tempted to just say "F*** IT" and emptying the fridge and running the day away. I'm not really going to, but it's tempting! I'm not even working right now so I can 100% dedicate myself to this.

Any diets that worked well for you ladies? Diet pills? Most importantly, workout routines?! I've lost a lot of weight and used to work out, but I'm still flabby and lumpy. I want to get as toned as possible. Please, share your secrets with me, sexy ladies!
