Don’t want to scare u but I would get checked out could b preeclampsia and the itching can b something to do with ur liver. Put ur feet up see if it helps xxx

The swelling causes the itch. I had it so bad with my first pregnancy. Drink plenty of fluids and get your legs propped up as often as possible. Maybe try compression socks as well.

Swelling does not mean preeclampsia. I hate how everyone goes to that first 🤦‍♀️ The only thing I'd be concerned of is the itching being paired with it.
However, retaining water can cause you to itch. I have swelled both of my pregnancies after reaching 33 weeks. For my feet, I run a cold bath with Epsom salts and just soak my feet. I then prop them up and have my husband rub my ankles and feet. The swelling goes down very quickly.
Your swelling does not look major to me at all. I'd try soaking your feet and having someone rub your ankles/feet (not just feet) don't sit in chairs where your feet hang for long periods of time. Take breaks when on long walks or shopping trips. Swelling is so common and normal at this stage.
Since at this point people see their OB/midwife every other week or once every week, I think you'll be fine to wait. If the swelling increases though, moves up your legs, starts in your face arms and hands however, go in. Preeclampsia is dangerous, but swelling does not mean that you it.

Are you drinking enough water? Watch your blood pressure. It could be one of the early signs of preeclampsia.
