Fertility Pills

Has anyone used fertility pills and gotten pregnant quicker? If so what one would you recommend and how long did it take you to get pregnant once you used them? Went to the ER today because I was clotting really bad this morning so basically they told me it was a miscarriage persay but what happened was I was pregnant got my positive test an all an I was 5wks 1day pregnant but it didn’t stick to the uterus like it was suppose to so it was a loss loss for this pregnancy. We been trying since February of this year was almost there this month but it was a no go. We really want to get pregnant an don’t know else to do. So looking for any tips on what you did to get pregnant faster or what fertility pill route you went to get pregnant!!
