Maybe baby?

Question

At L&D.; 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced. Having contractions every 5-7 minutes. Getting rechecked in 2 hours to see if there’s been a change in my cervix. If so off to a bigger hospital since I’m 35 weeks.

They monitored me for a couple hours and no progress. Still 2cm and 80% effaced and -2 station. They gave me the option to stay or go home. I of course came home so I’m more comfortable and can move around. She said if I was 36 weeks she would give me medicine to progress things but I won’t be until Tuesday. But said if I walk around and things progress she can’t do anything about that ‘hint hint’. I walked around town and some stores and lost some of my plug. Starting to have some pressure down there. The nurse said they’d probably see me again tonight or tomorrow and have a baby within a couple days. Now I’m home resting watching movies. So it’s a wait and see game now.

good luck! let us know how it goes! I had my first at 36 weeks. hoping this one comes a bit earlier than due date too (maybe 38 weeks?)! just so miserable being pregnant.
