Reassurance for anxiety

At my 8 week appointment, we found we were having natural di/di Twins 😊 I’m so excited. Two sacs, heartbeats 150 and 158, and one twin measuring two days behind other. I’ve had so much anxiety since, probably since experiencing a loss in July. Any reassurance to stop the worry??
