Milk and Soy protein intolerance
My 4mo old was diagnosed yesterday with milk and soy protein intolerance. I am still breastfeeding and am in need of tips/tricks to eliminate these from my diet. I began researching online and apps for my phone but I am completely overwhelmed and I am very close to throwing in the towel and switching my LO to formula without soy or dairy. Most evidence states it takes about 10 days for dairy and soy protein to be eliminated from my body and I cannot imagine having my LO have to endure 10 or more days of discomfort ☹️. Someone help!
