9 months pregnant need advice

woke up at 2am in the morning with vomiting and diarrhoea and back lower pain and in the front cramping I waiting till 9am when they open the clinic I went and they told me my my heart pressure or something like that its a little high cause of my pain so all they said go to the hospital if they want and they think its better for u they might induce u cause u are already 9months....but I didn't end up going I don't want to get induce ..so I came home but I stopped vomiting and no more diarrhoea all I have is very mild lower back pain.and a Lot of pressure in my vigina....
