Should artificial intelligence, be “allowed” to raise their own family

So just for shits and giggles, let’s talk about this.

We have already discussed peoples rights to their bodies, who should be able to have kids, etc, and it’s all pretty much been about humans. Well today I saw this meme and thought it was fucking hilarious so I did some digging

Anyway, I thought it would be a cool discussion, as to if we should allow artificial life forms to live as human beings? Would this somehow give them sentiment eventually? Should they have the same rights as humans or should there be different standards (higher standards maybe?)
