Should I go vegan?

So I've been a pescatarian for the past 4 years and due to my depression I want a major change in lifestyle, so was thinking of going vegan for new year. Any advice for me on how to start off as a vegan?

Make sure to take a B12 supplement.

Vegan is amazing for your zen! It helps open your third eye and become enlightened. I went vegan by just stopping buying any non vegan products and only buying the alternatives so in my home it was vegan food only. The taste of the foods can some times take some time to adjust but I don’t miss anything. Just ensure your getting all your vitamins and nutrients. Look into meditation and yoga too, we should all be more mindful. When you stop consuming meat from tortured souls it really does effect you. Good luck!
