Miss 2 periods dr can't fit me in till July 30

I haven't had a period since April 13th all test are negative blood test was negative at my general doctor 3 weeks ago and my obgyn can't fit me in til July 30th. This so frustrating I have always had regular periods about 34 days my longest cycle was 54 days when I was getting off my birth control now I have missed 2 periods and Idk what to do. I haven't been stressing on it a lot just a day here and there. Help?!?
