Mirena Birth Control
I am on my second round of the Mirena IUD. Each term is 5 years. My period would come down the exact same day for the first 2 and a half years. I was getting headaches and backache but no cramps. When my spouse and I were separated I didn't have a period for the last few years. Now that we're reunited it came back down.
