I had a cup on Monday but not since. I’ll start to try to be more consistent next week. It’s one of my favorite teas and I gave it up for the first 2 trimesters so I’m happy to be able to have it again. :)

I started drinking the Yogi Mother To Be blend a few weeks ago, daily. It has red raspberry leaf in it as well as several other herbs that are beneficial for pregnancy and labor.
