cramps help

Lillian • im a mom of 2 kids a boy and a girl. been with the same guy for 7 years.

so I've got 2 weeks yet before my next cycle and started cramping today. it's a constant cramp and nothing is helping.. what does everyone so or use to hep ease the pain & discomfort? I've got 2 young kids I have to chase around all day.
