Self-Worth

Hey guys, I need help. I finally have a nice guy who seems interested. But because I’ve never had a nice guy be interested in me, I feel like I’m not worthy of his time. How do I get rid of this feeling?

I know I deserve nice and a relationship but I still feel unworthy.

He also doesn’t want to fully commit to me he wants to be friends in public and having sex or whatever we want in private. It’s probably strange but because he’s nice to me usually I gave in and said that’s fine

What do I do
