How do I get rid off shaving bumps?

My ladies, I need your help!! 
How can I get rid off these little red bumps from shaving that I get on private area and inner thighs?

Wash your skin before and after shaving, use shaving cream, change your razor more often, and put neosporin or a triple antibiotic ointment on like cream all over the area you get them and use a good lotion. Kind of lengthy, but it works. If you don’t want to do all that just try the neosporin.

Exfoliate. I use a pumice stone on my hands, legs and under arms every other day and you won't believe how much softer it's made my skin. I also use a weekly scrub routine - olive oil and salt. for everyday use in the bikini area I use a natural sponge or a bath brush.

Exfoliating before you shave is a good idea if you don’t already, however it isn’t gonna hurt you if you can’t. I’ve found that smoothing baby oil or coconut oil over the surface after I get done shaving helps soothe everything.

I’m half black and it’s not possible for me to avoid them. My husband gets them from shaving his neck EVERY SINGLE TIME. Depending on your race, the conditioner trick might work. But if you have more coarse hair, it probably next to impossible. I’ve given up shaving for the most part. I trim and Nair my bikini line from time.

I usually exfoliate, allow to air dry a little and then add some form of moisture (paw paw (papaya) ointment, coconut oil, lotion). And then sleep without undies on to avoid irritation. Apparently stick deodorant can be useful for it too?
