Help Please BFP & Then Spotting..?

Ok So I Tested 9-12 dpo & got positive the day af was suppose to be due had some very very light spotting like 2 3 drops of (tmi) brown but when wiped nothing!! Also I made love to my husband the night before now today It's still here but very light now when I wiped I seen it there very slight cramps nothing painful come and go did anyone else go thru this?? Very scared I recently m/c in March
