ok so based on my lmp I would be around 7 weeks today. I went in today for my first scan. they saw an empty uterus but a thick endometrium. pregnancy tests all coming back positive. she said I could possibly miscarry. What are your thoughts?

They need to consider an etopic. They need to draw blood work on you. Based on what your levels are then they can rule out etopic. Then your blood work should be repeated in two days. If you levels are going up but yet you still have no baby appearing in your uterus then it is an etopic and can be incredibly dangerous to you. 
My money is it is an etopic. Sorry. Not trying to make light of your situation just trying to stress to you that your doc needs to be more aggressive.
