Best 3rd row SUV?

I’m a nanny and need to upgrade to a vehicle with more seats. I looooved the Jeep Commander But the third row won’t work for car seats so that’s out. I’d prefer to stay away from mini vans because I live in Wisconsin and well, I need to get around safely in snow. Specially driving around other peoples kids! I’ll have 4 kiddos all under the age of 4 so they are all in car seats not boosters. What do you all recommend?! Our budget is on the lower side but I’ll be looking at used cars. Any help is appreciated!
