My baby only babbles. She doesn’t talk. She’ll say “mama mama” sometimes but it’s not associated with me. The doctor told me that at this age she should be able to say “mama” “dada” and “no”. He said that I️ need to start reading to her 1 worded books to get her stimulated. I️ do read to her but it’s like little stories not one worded and i always point out what I’m doing. Like I️ say “arm” when Im putting it through the sleeve. Do you guys think it’s because she’s learning both Spanish & English? That’s why she’s not picking up on words? Apparently I’m also nursing too much. And that’s why she’s not wanting to eat or when she does eat, she’ll only eat a few bites before stopping.
